Because personal business productivity is so closely tied to technology, it’s important to make sure that you are updating your software/programs/apps on all your devices on a timely basis. This includes your computer, your smartphone, tablet and any other special technology devices you are using for your business.  Foremost is making sure your operation system are using the most recent (or next to most recent*) updated available. If you are having issues that are preventing you from updating (storage space, not sure how to update, etc.). you should address those issues ASAP.

They key concepts that we recommend is any technology-related issue that costs you time today, that don’t you fix ASAP ,will probably costs you tomorrow and the next day and so on until you fix it. So if it’s beyond your ability to fix it yourself, please reach out to us or your IT resources.  Regardless, updating your software/programs/apps  is something to do on a regular and timely basis to ensure your maximum business productivity.

*Sometimes, with major updates (i.e. smartphone entirely new version, NEW computer operating system), it might be better to consult us or your IT resources before upgrading).
