When using recent versions of Microsoft Outlook, there are several keyboard shortcuts that will help you 'Speed Up' the time you spend in Outlook.  This will work in Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010.  While watching this video, you may want to pause it so that you can take some quick notes on the keyboard shortcuts shown in the video.
