Resize Photo Attachments in an e-mail Message (Outlook 2010)

If you send large pictures as attachments in an e-mail message it could take a very long time for the e-mail to leave your outbox.  The e-mail message may be “bounced” by the recipients server because they have a size limit on their mailbox.  To avoid any problems, you can reduce the size of the image attachment before you send them.
