How to Save a group of e-mails with/without Attachments in ‘Documents’ (Outlook shown in Windows)

Sometimes it is necessary to save an e-mail or group of e-mails so that you have them if you need them in the future. You can store these e-mails in your ‘Documents’ folder and free up much-needed space in Outlook. You can save an e-mail only, an e-mail with attachments, or multiple e-mails (with or without attachments).
