How to Prevent Attachments From Appearing in Body of an e-mail (Outlook 2010)
Sometimes you may find when you attach an item to an e-mail, that item appears in the body of the e-mail instead of an “Attachment” field under the “Subject” line. You will just need to change one setting to include the “Attachment” field in your e-mails.
