It is possible to change the color of commment boxes in Microsoft Excel 2010, Excel 2007, and Excel 2003.  You can make these changes in Excel no matter what operating system you are using on your computer.  If you are using Microsoft Windows XP it is possible to change the color of the comment boxes on a more permanent basis.  Look for that video in the Online Tutorials under the "Microsoft Office Productivity" category.
