How to Use ‘Flash Fill’ or ‘Concatenate’ to Combine Multiple Columns into One (Excel)

There are times when you may have data in multiple columns that need to be combined into one. You can use the ‘Concatenate’ function to easily accomplish this task. In this example, we will take two columns that contain a first name and last name and combine them into a column that contains the last name a comma and the first name. You can combine the contents of two or more cells. There is also a tutorial available for “Flash Fill” that will do the same thing without a formula.
