The Quick Access Toolbar is the small, personal toolbar at the top of every Microsoft Office program. You can add your most used commands to make them quick and easy to find. We will add “Send as PDF Attachment” to the QAT so you can send an Excel file that you don’t want anyone to be able to manipulate, but they are able to see the data in the worksheet.
This will only work on one worksheet at a time, you can not send an entire workbook at once.
