How to Change Folders to Display TOTAL Number of Items in Outlook

By default, Outlook will display the number of UNREAD items in all folders.  You can change the properties of the folder to display the TOTAL number of items in the folder. This process is shown using Outlook 2010, but will work in Outlook 2013, and Outlook 2007.
