In Windows 7 you can use the “Snipping Tool” to capture a screen shot, or snip, of anything on your screen. You can annotate, save or share the image after capturing. You can capture a free form snip (draw a line around a portion of your screen), rectangular snip, capture a specific window (i.e. dialog box, error message, or browser window), or capture the entire contents of your screen.
