By default, Outlook will display the number of UNREAD items in all folders. You can change the properties of the folder to display the TOTAL number of items in the folder. This will work in Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, and Outlook 2010.
If you have an appointment on your calendar and you would like to copy it to additional dates and/or times, follow the steps in this video. This will work in Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, and Outlook 2010.
If you are trying to set up an appointment with another individual, you can e-mail them a copy of your schedule by using Outlook 2003 and Microsoft Excel. In Outlook 2003 you have to export a portion of your calendar to an Excel spreadsheet, edit the spreadsheet, and then attach the spreadsheet to an e-mail message. This is a three part video series. The default setting in Outlook 2010 is to return you to the folder you were in after you move or delete an open e-mail. You can make a simple change to your settings to have Outlook open the next e-mail instead. This can be a great time saver when you want to quickly view e-mails and clear out your inbox.
