Use ‘Print Screen’ to Capture Dialog Box ONLY

You may use the “Print Screen” function to capture images and insert them in publications, e-mails, presentations, etc.  By adding one key when you capture the image you can restrict the capture to the dialog box only vs. capturing the entire screen.

Excel – Keyboard Shortcut to Display Formula in a Cell (Excel 2010/2007/2003)

You can change the settings in Excel to display the formula in a cell instead of the results.  This can be a time consuming process if you need to change the view several times while reviewing the worksheet.  There is a keyboard shortcut available that you can use to toggle from viewing the formula to viewing the results of the formula.  This will work in Excel 2003, Excel 2007, and Excel 2010.
