One of the functions of the AutoSum button is 'Minimum' and 'Maximum. This can be used to find the smallest or largest number in a group of numbers in an Excel spreadsheet. This process works the same in Exel 2007 and Excel 2010.

'Wrap Text' allows you to have a long line of text appear in one cell. You may want to widen a column or row to display the text neatly within the cell. The 'Merge & Center' functions allows you to group cells (e.g. a header over multiple columns) and center the text within that group of cells. These processes will work the same in Excel 2010 and Excel 2007.
