How to use “Subtotal” to Sum Only Visible Values in a Worksheet (Excel 2010/2007/2003)

There are times you may have hidden data in a spreadsheet. If you use the ‘Sum’ function, you will receive a total based on all the information, including hidden cells. If you would like to see a ‘Sum’ that only includes the visible data, you will need to use a special formula with "Subtotal".

How to Add Most Used Commands to Quick Access Toolbar Outlook 2007

The Quick Access Toolbar is a customizable toolbar located at the top left corner of the open MESSAGES, CALENDAR ENTRIES, AND INDIVIDUAL CONTACTS in Microsoft Outlook 2007.
