How to Access Recently Used Apps to Close or Reopen the App (Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich)

There is a new way to access recently used applications in Android 4.0. Some newer phone models actually have a “Recent Apps” button which is the button on the far right at the bottom of the screen.
