You can convert an Excel file into a .CSV file (Comma Separated Value). A .CSV file can be used to transfer data from one program to another. For example, if you have a mailing list in Excel you can covert the file to a .CSV file and use it to upload the information into an e-mail program (Outlook, Gmail, etc.). It is possible to change the color of commment boxes in Microsoft Excel 2010, Excel 2007, and Excel 2003. You can make these changes in Excel no matter what operating system you are using on your computer. If you are using Microsoft Windows XP it is possible to change the color of the comment boxes on a more permanent basis. If you are using Windows XP, it is possible to make a change to the settings and permanently change the color of the Comment Boxes used in Microsoft Excel (any version). Please note: this will also change the color of any “Tool Tip” boxes used in Microsoft Office.
If you send a document (or other file type) via e-mail directly from a program (Word, Excel, etc.) Outlook will automatically open a new e-mail with the document attached. Even if you have Auto-Signature turned on, the new e-mail will not have your signature in the body. You will have to add your signature manually each time using this tutorial.
