Receiving an alert for every e-mail that arrives can be very distracting. You will need to disable all the sounds on your iPhone or iPad in a couple different areas. This will ensure you only receive the alerts you want to receive. This process is shown on iPhone, but works the same on iPad.

If you switch browsers, or you just want to have all of your “Favorites” or “Bookmarks” available in both of the internet browsers you use, you can export Bookmarks from Firefox to Explorer (and/or Google Chrome), and vice versa. This tutorial will show you how to Export “Bookmarks” from Firefox into Google Chrome using an HTML file. Sometimes you can also import and export Bookmarks from browser to browser without creating an HTML file. (see additional tutorials).

If you switch browsers, or you just want to have all of your “Favorites” or “Bookmarks” available in both of the internet browsers you use, you can export Bookmarks from Firefox to Explorer (and/or Google Chrome), and vice versa. How to Delete “Auto Complete” Entries that you don’t use in e-mails (Outlook 2010/2007/2003)

When filling in the “To:/Cc:/Bcc” fields in an e-mail message, Outlook will provide you with “Auto Complete” entries. This will be a list of e-mail addresses that are similar to what you are typing (e-mail address that you have used before). It makes it quick for you to left click on of the “Auto Complete” entries to enter an address into the field. Some of the e-mail addresses in the “Auto Complete” entries may no longer be valid, you will want to delete those entries. This process works the same in Outlook 2010, Outlook 2007, and Outlook 2003.
