Delete “Auto Complete” Entries in an e-mail that you don’t use (Outlook All Versions)

When typing an e-mail address into the "To/Cc/Bcc" fields, Outlook will supply a list of e-mail address that are similar to what your are entering. The list could be rather long if you have some e-mail address in the list that are no longer working e-mail address. You can delete some of the auto complete entries in just a few simple steps. This will also bel useful if someone in your contact list has changed, companies and you no longer need to send e-mails to their old e-mail address. This feature is available in Outlook 2010, Outlook 2007, and Outlook 2003.

How to Send ‘Automatic Replies’ to ‘My Contacts Only’ (Outlook 2010)

There are times when you will only have limited access to e-mail, and unable to respond as quickly as you normaly would.  If you are in a meeting, out of town, on vacation, etc.  You can use the 'Automatic Replies' feature in Outlook to create a detailed message that will be sent to anyone who sends you an e-mail message.  There is a setting you can select that will ONLY send Automatic Replies to "My Contacts Only".  This will send replies ONLY to names that are in your Contact folder.
