How to Use “Read Receipts” and “Delivery Receipts” (Outlook 2007)

There are times when you want to make sure an e-mail recipient receives or reads your important e-mail message.  You can use “Read Receipts” or “Delivery Receipts” on an as needed basis, or you can change your settings so that Outlook always provides one or both of these receipts.  “Delivery Receipts” just inform you that the e-mail has been delivered to the recipients e-mail server.  “Read Receipts” inform you when the e-mail has been opened by the recipient.

When you open Windows Explorer, most of the time it opens as a small window.  You can take a few simple steps to ensure that it opens full screen every time.  This will allow you to see everything in the window easily.  In XP the settings will remain in tact even after you turn your computer off.
