If you need a column of numbers to display and you don’t want Excel to drop the leading zeros in a number, you will need to create a “Custom” format. In this example we will create a column that will be used for zip codes and we don’t want Excel to drop the zero(s) in the front of the number since all zip codes are 5 digits. We will do this by creating a "Custom" format and not using the zip code format that already exists.

There are many times when you will want to categorize an e-mail message. It will be quicker if you add the "Message Options" to the Quick Access Toolbar. This will let you easily access the "Category" option.

A useful feature of Outlook is to be able to quickly assign the category you use most to an e-mail message using “Quick Click”. This lets you assign the category to an e-mail message while viewing it in your Inbox (or other folder). You want to use “Quick Click” for the category you use most often.
