How to Delay or Schedule Delivery of an e-mail Message (Outlook 2007 & 2010)
If you want to capture your thoughts in an e-mail message before you forget, but you don’t want to send the e-mail right now, you can delay the message by scheduling a specific time for Outlook to deliver the message. These instructions are the same for Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010.
