Import a CSV File to Outlook Contacts (Outlook 2007)

You can use a CSV file to import a list into Outlook Contacts.  If the file is an Excel file, create a CSV file (additional online tutorial on Converting Excel file to a CSV file).  Take a mailing list and import it into your Outlook Contacts.
