Copy Headers/Footers From One Workbook Into Another Workbook (Excel 2007 & Excel 2010)
You may have headers/footers that you have used in one workbook and would like to use them in another workbook. Instead of re-creating the headers/footers in the second workbook, you can simply copy them from an existing workbook.
