How to Use ‘Text to Columns’ to Separate One Column into Two Columns (Excel 2007/2010)

Text to Columns can be very useful.  If you inherit a worksheet that contains two or more pieces of data that appear in one column, you can separate the data into individual columns.  This will work in Excel 2007 & Excel 2010.
