Refund and Cancellation Policy for Training and Coaching Services
Overview
Our refund and cancellation policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or reschedule.
To be eligible for a refund or reschedule, the training or coaching session must not have been fully utilized. For live sessions, a request must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Digital training content, once accessed, is not eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Services:
The following services are exempt from refunds:
- Completed live training or coaching sessions.
- Downloadable training materials or digital content that has been accessed.
- Gift cards or promotional credits.
Refund Eligibility
To complete your refund request, we require proof of purchase. Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
- Cancellations for live sessions are requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- No substantial use or completion of services has occurred.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for situations such as:
- A live session that was attended but not fully delivered due to technical or scheduling errors on our end.
- Packages of multiple coaching or training sessions where some sessions have already been used.
Refunds
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company as processing time may vary.
- Contact your bank for further clarification.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.
Rescheduling Live Sessions
Live coaching or training sessions may be rescheduled if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the session may incur a fee or be denied.
Gifts
If a training or coaching service was marked as a gift at purchase and transferred to you, refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser. Alternatively, a credit for future services may be offered.
